Molly Tarlov

Molly Tarlov is an American actress best known for her starring role as Sadie Saxton in the teen comedy-drama on television Awkward in 2011. Tarlov was the smallest of two girls was born and raised within Manhattan, New York. In the year she turned 10, Tarlov began her acting career in the production Bye Bye Birdie, at Little Red School House. The group of 7th graders who were in the theater very impressed. The summer she studied at NYU Tisch and Interlochen Center for the Arts. Bennington College awarded her a Bachelor of Arts degree in theatre. She had the opportunity to learn a variety kinds of forms of acting. The Atlantic Theater Company is the place where she studied. Through the LAByrinth Theater, master class, Molly managed to integrate writing and her acting. Molly switched her dark jacket to a pair of black sunglasses prior to heading off to Los Angeles. Her parents were very impressed when she landed a role of three words on iCarly. Since then, she's been on TV in a variety of roles. She has also created the character Caitlin on Winnie Holzman's ABC Family show Huge. Molly loves to pretend that she's a good basketballer although it's just not real. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
